She’s the real deal….…not to mention a super nice person!

I have had property for sale in Cape Breton since 2006, and over the years have listed it with different agents without success. I had not asked Nancy, as she was in the City, 3-4 hours away from my property. When I did ask Nancy,in late 2019, she happily took it on and listed 3 of the 4 properties I had. The properties where well presented on line, and they sold within months. Indirectly, the property I had not listed sold as well. I would have no reservations about recommending Nancy.

Last spring, my husband and I had the pleasure of having Nancy Skinner act as our agent during the purchase of our new home. After a couple of months of house hunting, we decided to purchase a new construction on Green Village Lane in Dartmouth.

At the time of purchase, building had not yet started. This enabled us to get in on the “ground level” and make changes to our home so that it would suit us. We had lived in the same home for 17 years and had no experience with new construction, only lots of concern and dreams. Nancy was able to expertly and professionally guide us through all these decisions. She provided excellent advice as needed and was always available to us.The availability was key to ensuring that our home buying experience was as stress free as possible. Nancy repeatedly proved herself to be reliable, knowledgeable and very competent in her dealings with other professionals.
